In this chapter about creating effective organizational designs, Tenet is undergoing some redesigning in the face of changing government reimbursement. Due to the “Big Beautiful Bill” Medicaid reimbursement is changing. Its effects are only now being seen, so in a proactive fashion, Tenet Healthcare has consolidated positions and realigned regions in anticipation of the changes instituted by the bill.
